Shipping & Returns 

  1. Order Processing:

    • All orders are processed within 3 business days (every Monday, Wednesday and Friday - excluding holidays).

  2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    • Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

  3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking:

    • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. We do not offer tracking as standard, however you can choose to upgrade to this. If you choose the tracking option with Royal Mail, the tracking number will be shown in the confirmation email.

  4. Shipping Locations:

    • We ship to addresses worldwide, however if ordering internationally, please expect a customs fee that may be payable on receipt of your order. I cannot control this and will not be able to give an estimate for your given country. Please contact us for more information.

  5. Shipping Methods:

    • We offer standard shipping and tracking shipping options. The delivery method will be determined based on the size and weight of your order.

Returns Policy:

  1. Our Return Policy:

    • We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

  2. Return Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    • Non-returnable items include all digital downloads.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item(s) to obtain a return authorisation.

    • Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s).

    • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (see section 5 for exchange policy

  4. Refund Policy:

    • Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.

    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

  5. Exchanges:

    • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
